1. 适用范围与目的

1.1 本《可接受使用政策》（以下简称“本政策”）构成《服务条款》不可分割的组成部分，由上海智站未来机器人有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“3devotion”）制定。
1.2 本政策适用于所有访问和使用 3devotion 平台（包括但不限于网页黑板、协作房间、AI 助手对话、3D 渲染与录制、API 接口及 MCP 服务）的用户。
1.3 制定本政策旨在维护健康、安全、合法和高品质的创作与协同环境，保护平台基础设施稳定，并确保人工智能功能被合规、负责任地使用。

2. 严格禁止的行为与内容

在访问或使用 3devotion 的任何部分时，您严禁从事以下任何行为，或在黑板上书写、绘制、上传、传播包含以下特征的任何内容：

2.1 违反法律法规与危害公共利益

• 反对宪法确定的基本原则，危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
• 损害国家荣誉和利益，破坏民族团结、煽动民族仇恨的；
• 宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义、邪教或者封建迷信的；
• 散布虚假信息、谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
• 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
• 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人隐私权、名誉权、肖像权、知识产权等合法权益的；
• 包含洗钱、电信网络诈骗、传销、非法集资等违法犯罪相关内容的。

2.2 知识产权与专有权利侵权

• 未经权利人合法授权，在黑板中绘制、导入或传播侵犯他人著作权、商标权、专利权或商业秘密的图纸、公式资料、受版权保护的教材翻印材料或 3D 几何模型；
• 未经授权对 3devotion 平台专有的 3D 模型资产库、L0/L1 墨迹拟合算法、前端交互内核进行批量盗链、扒取或盗用。

2.3 平台安全破坏与系统滥用

• 实施网络攻击、分布式拒绝服务（DDoS）、端口扫描、漏洞探测或未经授权渗透测试；
• 采用恶意爬虫、外挂程序或非官方认可的自动化脚本批量抓取黑板数据、模型库或录制视频流；
• 故意上传包含恶意脚本、木马、病毒、勒索软件，或在 SVG 导出/导入、自定义脚本中植入跨站脚本攻击（XSS）代码；
• 尝试绕过、破解或规避平台的速率限制（Rate Limits）、积分计费机制、访问控制列表（ACL）或身份鉴权体系；
• 滥用、盗用他人 API Key，或将平台签发的会员 API Key 擅自转售、出租、公开分享至公共代码仓库。

2.4 人工智能（AI）功能的合规限制

在使用 3devotion 的 AI 助手、公式识别、草图生成与 MCP 工具时，严禁：

• 对抗性攻击：进行越狱攻击（Jailbreak）、提示词注入（Prompt Injection），企图诱导模型绕过安全护栏；
• 高风险无监督决策：将 AI 生成的计算或解析结果直接用于高危场景（包括医疗诊断、处方开具、关键工程结构承重核算、法律文书定案、高额金融交易决策等缺乏合格专业人士复核的场景）；
• 虚假与有害内容生成：利用 AI 辅助批量生成虚假新闻、欺诈钓鱼文案、深度伪造（Deepfake）欺诈资料；
• 自残与暴力诱导：生成、推导任何自杀自残、武器制造、有害化学配方或网络攻击利用代码。

2.5 协同房间秩序与广告作弊

• 协同黑板恶意破坏：在他人拥有控制权或多方公开协同的黑板房间中实施恶意乱涂乱画、遮挡他人笔迹、清空他人画布等恶意“炸板”行为；
• 广告作弊：在免费版本中实施针对 Google AdSense 广告的虚假点击、互刷点击、机器自动化触发，或诱导其他用户点击广告；使用恶意篡改工具破坏正常的广告展示流程。

3. 未成年人使用规范

如本平台《服务条款》所述，3devotion 面向一般大众用户，并非专门面向儿童或学生的产品。未成年人应在家长、法定监护人或老师的监督与指导下使用。严禁在本平台发布、传播任何涉及未成年人身心健康损害、校园霸凌或不良诱导的内容。

4. 违规监测与处理措施

4.1 安全监控：3devotion 采用自动化安全风控系统与人工巡检相结合的方式，对异常网络流量、高频违规调用、恶意 API 请求实施监测。
4.2 处置手段：一经发现或收到有效投诉表明您存在违反本政策的行为，公司有权立即采取以下一项或多项措施，且无需事先通知且不退还任何已付费用：

• 立即中断违规的 AI 会话或公式解析进程；
• 屏蔽、下线违规的黑板内容或协同房间；
• 吊销违规的 API Key 或降低其速率配额；
• 暂时冻结账户登录权限或永久终止用户账号；
• 保留相关日志记录并依法向公安机关、网信部门或其他执法机构报告；
• 依法追究违规者的法律赔偿责任。

5. 违规举报与申诉

若您在 3devotion 平台上发现任何违反本政策的内容或行为，或对您的账户受限处理有异议，请向我们联系：

1. Scope and Purpose

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms an integral part of the 3devotion Terms of Service, issued by Shanghai Zhizhan Future Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "3devotion").
1.2 This AUP applies to all users accessing or using 3devotion (including online blackboards, collaboration rooms, AI assistant queries, 3D interactive rendering, APIs, and MCP services).
1.3 Our goal is to maintain a lawful, secure, reliable, and respectful environment for collaborative creativity while preventing systemic abuse.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct and Content

You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following prohibited activities:

2.1 Illegal Activities and Public Harm

• Violating applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or your local jurisdiction;
• Harming national security, public safety, social stability, or sovereign interests;
• Promoting terrorism, extremism, violence, or illegal gaming/gambling;
• Spreading defamation, harassment, hate speech, or infringing on the privacy or moral rights of others;
• Engaging in financial fraud, phishing, or unauthorized fundraising.

2.2 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Creating, uploading, or displaying materials that infringe upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret without authorization;
• Scraping, hotlinking, or unauthorized redistributing of 3devotion's proprietary 3D GLB model catalog, ink algorithms, or source code.

2.3 System Security and Network Abuse

• Launching DoS/DDoS attacks, port scans, vulnerability probes, or brute-force attempts;
• Using automated bots, crawlers, or unauthorized scrapers to harvest canvas assets, recordings, or API responses;
• Injecting malicious code, viruses, trojans, or executing Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks through custom vector/SVG imports;
• Circumventing API rate limits, billing throttles, authentication tokens, or access controls;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly disclosing assigned private API keys.

2.4 Misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

• Adversarial Exploitation: Prompt injections, jailbreaking, or attempting to bypass safety guardrails;
• High-Stakes Unsupervised Reliance: Utilizing AI outputs without human expert supervision in critical medical, pharmaceutical, structural engineering, or binding legal contexts;
• Deception: Mass-generating spam, synthetic disinformation, or deceptive deepfakes;
• Harmful Guidance: Eliciting instructions for self-harm, cyberattacks, weapon synthesis, or toxic compounds.

2.5 Collaboration Etiquette and Ad Fraud

• Griefing: Defacing, wiping, or disrupting active shared blackboard rooms;
• Ad Manipulation: Engaging in fraudulent, invalid, or automated clicks on Google AdSense advertisements on the free tier, or tampering with ad code.

3. Protection of Minors

As stated in our Terms of Service, 3devotion is a general audience tool and is not specifically directed at children. Minors must use the platform under the supervision of parents or educators. Harmful exploitation of minors is strictly banned.

4. Enforcement and Penalties

We monitor traffic anomalies, API abuse, and user reports. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right, without liability or refund, to:

• Terminate ongoing AI processes;
• Disable collaborative rooms or remove content;
• Revoke API keys and throttle network traffic;
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate user accounts;
• Report unlawful conduct and preserve audit logs for legal authorities.
