上海智站未来机器人有限公司（以下简称“我们”、“公司”或“3devotion”，注册地址：上海市闵行区望汇路260弄5号4层，联系邮箱：[email protected]）是 3devotion 平台（包括网站 https://3devotion.com 以及相关应用程序、API、MCP 服务，统称“本服务”）的运营者。

我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并始终致力于保护您的个人信息与隐私安全。本隐私政策适用于您访问、使用 3devotion 提供的各项产品与服务。请您在注册、登录或使用本服务前，仔细阅读并充分理解本政策的全部内容。如您不同意本政策的任何条款，您应立即停止访问和使用本服务。

2. 我们收集的信息

在您使用 3devotion 的过程中，我们依据合法、正当、必要和诚信原则收集您的信息：

1. 账户与认证信息：当您注册或登录账户时，我们收集您的电子邮箱地址。我们通过向该邮箱发送一次性动态验证码进行无密码登录身份验证。在系统中，密码哈希、会话标识（Session Token）及 API Key 哈希值将保存在加密数据库中。
2. 用户创建内容与黑板数据：您在在线黑板上书写、绘制的笔迹（墨迹矢量数据）、数学公式、文本、插入的 2D 几何图形、3D 模型坐标与姿态配置、画板图层、录制视频或导出的图像文件、协作房间内的操作事件记录。
3. AI 交互与提示词信息：当您主动使用 AI 助手、公式识别、草图转模型等人工智能增强功能时，您输入的提示词（Prompt）、所选画布片段截图、公式文本及 AI 响应输出记录。
4. 交易与支付记录：当您购买 3devotion 会员订阅（30天或365天单次付费）时，支付交易由我们的第三方合规支付服务商（Creem）处理。我们不收集、不存储您的银行卡号、信用卡安全码（CVV）或完整的支付卡敏感凭据。我们仅从支付服务商接收交易状态、订单号、支付时间、订阅有效期限及付款金额。
5. 设备与日志信息：为保障服务安全与正常运行，我们会自动记录您的 IP 地址、浏览器类型与版本、操作系统、设备型号、分辨率、访问时间、请求 URL、网络延迟及崩溃日志。
6. Cookie 与类似技术信息：为保持登录状态、记录黑板个性化设置及配合广告投放，我们及第三方合作伙伴会使用 Cookie、Local Storage 等本地存储技术（详见《Cookie 政策》）。

3. 我们如何使用您的信息

我们严格在以下目的范围内使用所收集的信息：

1. 提供、维护与改进服务：实现黑板实时渲染、跨设备同步、多人实时协作、模型加载、公式解析及会员权益激活。
2. AI 功能交付（不用于训练自有基础模型）：将您触发的提示词及必要上下文传递给第三方模型服务商以生成实时解答或图形转换。我们明确承诺：未经您的单独明确同意，我们不会将您的私有黑板内容、私有提示词用于训练我们或第三方的通用基础人工智能模型。
3. 账户管理与客户支持：向您的邮箱发送登录验证码、会员到期提醒、系统安全通知以及响应您的客服咨询。
4. 安全风控与防欺诈：检测异常登录、抵御网络攻击、防范恶意爬虫和 API 滥用，执行服务条款与可接受使用政策。
5. 免费版广告展示：在免费版用户界面中，通过 Google AdSense 展示广告，维持免费工具的持续运营。

4. 我们如何共享、转让与公开披露信息

我们不会向任何第三方出售您的个人信息。我们仅在以下合法、正当、必要且明确的情形下共享必要信息：

1. 必要的基础设施与技术服务商：
   • Cloudflare, Inc.：提供全球 CDN 加速、DDoS 防护、网页托管（Pages）、Serverless 计算（Workers）、数据库（D1）及对象存储（R2）。
   • AI 大模型服务商：仅在您主动触发 AI 功能（AI 助手、公式解析、手写识别等）时，按可用性依次调用以下其中一家，并只传输完成该请求所必需的内容：Anthropic, PBC（Claude，美国）、OpenAI, L.L.C.（美国）、杭州深度求索人工智能基础技术研究有限公司（DeepSeek，中国）、阿里云计算有限公司（通义千问 / DashScope，中国）、北京火山引擎科技有限公司（豆包 / 火山方舟，中国）、Groq, Inc.（美国）。
   • 邮件分发服务商（Cloudflare Email / Resend）：用于向您发送邮箱验证码。
2. 支付服务商：
   • Creem：作为记录商家（Merchant of Record）处理会员付费交易、计费与税务合规。
3. 广告合作伙伴：
   • Google LLC（Google AdSense）：在免费版中投放广告。Google 可能会使用 Cookie 根据您以往对本网站或其他网站的访问投放广告（详见《Cookie 政策》）。
4. 法律法规与执法要求：依据法律法规规定、行政司法机关合法指令，或为保护公司、用户及社会公众的人身财产安全所必需时。 完整第三方服务商名单请参阅我们的《第三方服务商名单》（subprocessors.md）。

5. 数据安全与跨境传输

1. 安全保护措施：我们采用符合行业标准的安全技术，包括传输层 TLS 1.3 加密、静态存储加密、API 密钥哈希存储、严格的访问权限控制及自动化网络防护。
2. 跨境数据传输：3devotion 依托 Cloudflare 全球分布式网络与受信任云服务提供。您的信息可能在您所在国家/地区以外的服务器进行存储和处理。我们将依据适用法律法规（包括中国《个人信息保护法》跨境传输规定、欧盟《通用数据保护条例》标准合同条款 SCCs 等）采取必要的合规机制与加密防护，确保您的个人信息获得充分的保护水平。
3. 向境外提供个人信息的单独同意：如您位于中国境内，在您首次登录或首次使用 AI 功能时，我们会以单独勾选的方式告知并征得您对以下跨境提供的同意：境外接收方为本政策第 4 条所列的 Cloudflare, Inc.、Creem、Google LLC 及位于美国的 AI 模型服务商；目的为提供网站托管、支付、广告（仅免费版）与您主动触发的 AI 功能；方式为加密网络传输；种类为账户邮箱、订单信息、设备与网络信息及您提交给 AI 功能的内容。您可通过本政策第 10 条的联系方式向境外接收方行使您的个人信息权利；您不同意的，可继续使用不涉及跨境提供的基础功能。

6. 数据存储期限

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息：

• 账户信息与会员权益：在您的账户存续期间持续保留；如您申请注销，我们将在完成身份核验后 30 日内删除或进行匿名化处理。
• 黑板、课件与协作数据：您创作或上传的黑板与课件内容，著作权及相关权利归您所有。作品默认保存在本机；您登录并明确同意云端保存后，我们才为您私有保存与备份，自动保存可随时关闭，云端保存同意可随时撤回，仅您本人及您授权的协作者可访问；只有当您主动选择「发布到社区」并选择许可方式时才会公开，您可随时撤回发布或删除内容。我们仅使用汇总统计层面的信息（如功能使用频次）改进产品，未经您单独同意，不会将您的原始内容用于训练任何 AI 模型。
• 网络安全日志：依照适用法律法规要求的期限留存。

7. 您的权利

根据适用的法律法规（包括中国 PIPL、欧盟 GDPR、美国 CCPA/CPRA 等），您享有以下法定权利：

1. 查阅与复制：您有权通过账户中心查阅您的个人信息并请求导出副本。
2. 更正与补充：当发现您的信息存在错误或不完整时，您有权要求更正。
3. 删除（注销）：您有权通过向 [email protected] 发送请求，注销账户并要求删除您的个人信息。
4. 撤回同意：您可随时在浏览器中清除 Cookie 或在设置中更改权限以撤回同意。撤回同意不影响此前基于同意开展的合法处理。
5. 拒绝个性化广告：欧盟及特定地区用户可通过 Cookie 偏好横幅拒绝广告追踪；全球用户均可通过 Google 广告设置（adssettings.google.com）或 aboutads.info 管理个性化广告偏好。 我们将在收到您的请求并在验证您的身份后 15 个工作日内予以处理并答复。

8. 未成年人保护声明

本服务面向一般公众用户设计，主要为广大用户提供白板草稿、几何探索、数学公式演算与演示工具。我们不创建任何专门面向儿童或学生的专区或儿童产品。任何未成年人（特别是未满 14 周岁的未成年人）如需使用本服务，应当在父母、法定监护人或学校教师的指导与监督下使用。 如监护人发现未成年人在未经监护人知情下提交了个人信息，请通过本政策披露的邮箱联系我们，我们核实后将及时删除相关信息。

9. 政策更新与通知

我们保留适时更新或修改本政策的权利。本政策更新后，我们将在网站醒目位置公告或更新“生效日期”。若变更涉及您的实质性权利减损，我们将在变更生效前以弹窗或通知形式向您说明。若您在修改生效后继续使用本服务，即表示您已充分阅读并接受修订后的政策。

1. Introduction and Scope

Shanghai Zhizhan Future Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", or "3devotion", registered at 4th Floor, Building 5, Lane 260, Wanghui Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China; Contact Email: [email protected]) operates the 3devotion platform (including https://3devotion.com, associated web apps, APIs, and MCP services, collectively the "Service").

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of our Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using 3devotion. If you do not agree with any provision of this Privacy Policy, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information on lawful, fair, and necessary bases:

1. Account and Authentication Information: When creating or logging into an account, we collect your email address. We verify identity via one-time passcodes (OTP). Password hashes, session tokens, and API key hashes are stored securely.
2. User-Generated Content and Canvas Data: Handwriting strokes, mathematical formulas, 2D shapes, 3D model poses, canvas layers, exported images/recordings, and collaborative canvas events.
3. AI Interactions and Prompts: Text prompts, cropped canvas screenshots, equations, and resulting AI outputs when you voluntarily invoke AI features.
4. Billing and Transaction Records: For membership subscriptions (30-day or 365-day one-time payments), payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We do not collect or store full credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. We only receive transaction IDs, status, payment timestamp, and plan entitlement durations.
5. Device and Technical Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, OS versions, screen resolution, request URLs, diagnostic logs, and timestamps collected automatically for stability and security.
6. Cookies and Local Storage: Information stored locally on your device for session maintenance, preferences, and advertising (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for:

1. Service Provision: Delivering whiteboard rendering, multi-device synchronization, real-time collaboration, and account entitlement management.
2. AI Feature Delivery (No Foundation Model Training): Sending queries to third-party AI model providers to provide answers or math parsing. We explicitly declare: We do not use your private whiteboard contents or prompts to train our or third-party foundational AI models without your separate express consent.
3. Customer Support and Security: Sending authentication codes, security notices, and answering user support inquiries.
4. Security and Abuse Prevention: Mitigating DDoS attacks, credential stuffing, scraping, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
5. Ad Serving on Free Tier: Displaying advertisements via Google AdSense on the free tier.

4. How We Share Information

We never sell your personal data. We disclose data only to trusted service providers:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, DDoS protection, edge hosting, Workers, D1 database, and R2 storage.
• AI Model Providers: only when you trigger an AI feature (assistant, formula interpretation, handwriting recognition), one of the following is called depending on availability, receiving only what that request needs: Anthropic, PBC (Claude, USA), OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA), Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (China), Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (Qwen/DashScope, China), Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. (Doubao/Ark, China), Groq, Inc. (USA).
• Creem: Payment processing and tax compliance.
• Google LLC (Google AdSense): Displaying ads on the free tier.
• Email Providers (Cloudflare Email / Resend): OTP delivery.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or binding governmental authority orders. For a complete list, see subprocessors.md.

5. Security and International Transfers

We utilize industry-standard safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashed keys, and least-privilege access control. Because our infrastructure operates on Cloudflare's distributed edge network, your data may be processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction. We implement applicable safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure equivalent protection. Users in mainland China are asked for separate consent (a dedicated checkbox at first sign-in or first AI use) before personal information is provided to the overseas recipients listed in Section 4, as required by Article 39 of the PIPL. You can keep using basic features that do not involve such transfers if you decline.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary:

• Account and entitlement data: Kept during active account life; deleted or anonymized within 30 days upon verified deletion request.
• Boards, courseware and collaboration data: you own the content you create or upload. Work stays on your device by default. After you sign in and explicitly consent to cloud storage we store and back it up privately in the cloud; you may disable autosave or withdraw consent, accessible only to you and collaborators you authorize. It becomes public only if you choose "Publish to community" and select a license; you may unpublish or delete at any time. We use only aggregated statistics to improve the product and never use your original content to train AI models without your separate consent.
• Security logs: retained for the period required by applicable law.

7. Your Legal Rights

Under applicable laws (PIPL, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, rectify, delete your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising via Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com) or our cookie banner. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

8. Notice Concerning Minors

The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not offer products specifically targeted at children or students. Any minors using the Service must do so under the guidance and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or teacher. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us for prompt deletion.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post updates with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after revisions indicates your acceptance.
